This exquisite garlic and onion bread is an ode to simplicity and comforting flavor. Ingredients:
- 60 gr Sugar
- 20 gr Salt
- 60 gr Butter
- 20 gr Yeast
- 350 ml Milk
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 white onion chopped
Procedure:
- In a 26cm Magnifica Aluminum Non-Stick Frying Pan - Cinsa, add the butter, sauté the garlic and chopped onion with a 20cm Professional Meat Chef Knife - Tramontina .
- We form a volcano with the flour, sugar, salt, yeast and milk.
- Once mixed, we let the dough rest until it doubles in volume.
- Then we roll out our dough with a WINCO model ARP-18 rolling pin, add the cold stew and roll it up.
- We close the edge with egg, cut into 10 cm pieces. And we place it face up on a Travessa brand baking tray, varnish with egg wash with a Progresive brand silicone brush.
- We bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.
