RETURNS AND GUARANTEES POLICY
Cancellations: If the USER requires any cancellation or modification of their orders, they may do so within a maximum period of 24 hours after receiving the order confirmation, this period is unique and unappealable and can only be done by the USER who generated said order through of your account and password. In the case of cancellations, the total amount will be refunded, less 10% for administrative and operating expenses. The Product is not the one requested: The USER will have up to 5 business days to make their request, the product must be in perfect condition and be accompanied by all its accessories, documentation (including invoice and/or note), packaging and labels.
