1.3 If you are registering a User as a Company, you must have the capacity to contract on behalf of such entity and to bind it under the terms of this Agreement.

02 - Registration

2.1 It is mandatory to complete the registration form in all its fields with valid data to be able to use the services provided by Cristalería La Única.

2.2 The future User must complete it with their personal information in an exact, precise and true manner (hereinafter, the "Personal Data") and assumes the commitment to update and/or rectify the Personal Data as necessary.

2.3 The User authorizes Cristalería La Única to use various means to identify their personal data, with the User assuming the obligation to review, rectify and keep them updated.

2.4 Cristalería La Única is NOT responsible for the accuracy of the Personal Data of its Users.

2.5 Users guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the veracity, accuracy, validity and authenticity of their Personal Data.

2.6 Cristalería La Única reserves the right to request any proof and/or additional data in order to corroborate the Personal Data, as well as to temporarily or permanently suspend those Users whose data could not be confirmed.

2.7 In these cases of disqualification, all published articles will be removed, as well as offers made, without this generating any right to compensation.

2.8 The User will access their personal account ("Account") by entering their username or Pseudonym together with the chosen personal security key ("Security Key").

2.11 The User will be responsible for all operations carried out in their Account, since access to it is restricted to the entry and use of their Security Key, which is exclusively known to the User. The User undertakes to notify Cristalería La Única immediately and by suitable and reliable means of any unauthorized use of their Account, as well as entry by unauthorized third parties into it. It is clarified that the sale, assignment or transfer of the Account (including reputation and opinions) under any title is prohibited.

2.12 Cristalería La Única reserves the right to reject any registration request or cancel a previously accepted registration, without being obliged to communicate or explain the reasons for its decision and without this generating any right to compensation or compensation.

03 - Modifications of the Agreement

Any controversy arising from this agreement, its existence, validity, interpretation, scope or compliance, will be submitted to the applicable laws and the competent Courts.

13.2 For the interpretation, compliance and execution of this contract, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the City of Guadalajara, Jalisco, consequently waiving any jurisdiction that, due to their present or future domicile, may correspond to them.

15- Platform anomalies
